Yes, BLACKS DO SKI & SNOWBOARD!!!
Now that we got that fact out the way, it's time to celebrate and acknowledge that the sport that has traditionally been exclusive to the affluent majority, has now been welcomed and enjoyed by all races.

The rise in Black incomes and crumbling stereotypes has a direct correlation to the increase of African Americans on the ski slopes. Every year, thousands of Black skiers and Black snowboarders descend upon a welcoming ski resort. This season's Black Ski Summit will be at Sun Valley Resort in Idaho, from February 25 - March 3.

There is nothing more impressive than seeing the mountain filled with Black skiers and snowboarders getting off the chair lifts, filling the après bars, emptying the shops, and partying the nights away. Once you meet some of these adventure seekers, you learn that these are doctors, lawyers, entrepreneurs, engineers, dentists, and every other profession you can think of. The local residents and other visitors are often speechless, and often hilarious when they try to figure out the best way ask innocent questions.
